1. General Return Conditions
Because our products are temperature-sensitive and require specific storage conditions to maintain their 99%+ purity, we do not accept returns on opened or tampered-with products. Once a vial’s seal is broken or the product has left our controlled environment, it cannot be returned or resold.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a shipment that is damaged, leaking, or contains the wrong items, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Process: Please provide photographic or video evidence of the damaged package and the products.
- Resolution: If the error is on our part or occurs during transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
3. Cancellations
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we will issue a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability.
- If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the courier service.
- In cases of proven product defects (subject to verification).
5. Processing Your Refund
